Double click on the Outlook Express icon on your desktop. If this is the first time you go into Outlook Express it will start the Internet Connection Wizard to setup an email account. Enter the name you would like to use for email and click "Next" . Most people select their first and last names. If you don't see a screen like the one below, choose "Tools" on the menu, then "Accounts". Click on the Email tab folder and select "Add" and then "Mail" to go into this screen.
