New DSL Service- We are now offering DSL service in most of Puerto Rico!! DSL offers higher speeds over dialup connections, does not require dialing time and allows you to use your phone line while actively accessing the Internet. Pricing starts at $24.95 per month. Business accounts are also available with webhosting and/or static addresses.

An ADSL modem will be shipped to your address approximately two weeks from the time the order is placed. The modem requires an available Ethernet or USB port on your computer. Customer-provided modems are not currently supported. After the modem is shipped, there is a 30 day grace period during which you can cancel the line without any charges, provided you return the modem within that period.

DSL service requires an active phone line billed by Puerto Rico Telephone (PRT). The phone company will charge $50 to your phone bill upon line activation and $49.95 upon shipment of the modem for a total initial cost of $99.95. This is a discounted rate that requires a 12 month term. If the line is cancelled after the 30 day grace period but before the 12 month term, the phone company will process a charge of $199 on your phone bill.

The ADSL transport line is provided by PRT and billed on your phone bill. Internet access is provided by PRW.NET and billed separately using the payment method you select. Monthly charges are summarized below.
