PRW Acquires Surfea.Net - [May-3-02] Puerto Rico Webmasters (PRW) today announced it completed the acquisition of the subscriber base and key infrastructure components of Surfea.Net, a local ISP in Puerto Rico. This acquisition expands PRW's customer base in Puerto Rico and emphasizes its strategy as one of the leading providers of Internet services in the island. PRW is working closely with Surfea.Net to ensure that existing Surfea.Net subscribers continue to receive the high level of service they have become accustomed to. These subscribers will now be able to take advantage of expanded local access, outstanding service and special account features such as V.92 and content controls.
